Yosemite Accessibility
Information

I'm a life-long Yosemite visitor and physically disabled, primarily mobility related. I've started this website to share my knowledge, observations, suggestions, and help create community.

WELCOME

I created this site because I found a lack of centralized information regarding accessibility information for visiting Yosemite National Park beyond their Accessibility Guide.

My hope is that through my own experiences, and the contributions of others in the forums, we will be able to create a community with a wide array of experience and information to help each other out.

Want to help me with the website?

This website if a constant work in progress and I do my best to update it with the most current and accurate information. If you'd like to help me out with that, get in touch and let's talk! You can email me at info@yosemiteaccess.com

About

About Me

My name is Cat.

The first time I visited Yosemite, I was 9 months old. I've been back more than 20 times since, more recently as a physically disabled adult. I believe all should have access to this breathtaking National Park, regardless of ability status. I have the benefit of having visited as an able-bodied person previously and now am blessed with the extra insight of what it means to look at the Park with an eye for accessibility.
